Shipping Rates
1. All prices are in HKD. If you would like to know how much this is in your local currency, please visit XE.
2. Items can be held and consolidated for up to 30 days starting from the date of your first invoice for extra savings on shipping once deposits are paid. The 30 day period automatically extends if you purchase additional items during this period.
3. Once an invoice is fully paid, the order is considered complete and your box will be added to the queue for packing and shipping.
4. All shipping costs are estimated until final balance is due and actual weight of package can be determined.
5. Please note that for e-Express I am unable to ship items that are over 2kg in weight or exceed total dimensions of 90cm, with greatest dimension not exceeding 60cm once boxed, e.g. a 30cm x 30cm x 30cm would be max dimensions allowed. For Surface Mail I can ship up to 5kg in weight with maximum dimensions of 50cm x 50cm x 50cm.
6. Package will be shipped using Hong Kong Post using e-Express or Surface Mail with tracking. Please visit the e-Express website for the full list of countries I am able to ship to. For China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, SF Express Pay on Delivery is offered.
7. Should you wish to undervalue your package for customs, please note that I will not be responsible for any damages incurred during shipping or if the item is lost.
8. Tracking numbers will be updated on PayPal invoice once shipped.
9. Please allow at least 14 working days (not including weekends or public holidays) for items to be delivered. I will only be able to put in a claim for a package two months after shipping date. Please note because of Covid-19 and a reduction in flights, more time will be needed before a package gets to you.
10. Please note that items with batteries or lights will be shipped at buyers own risk. If a package is pulled at customs, shipping will not be refunded.
