Local Pickup Service
We help you to pick up the toys or any other items you want from local toy stores or from other sellers based in Hong Kong. Many sellers may not be willing to ship internationally, or charge a high amount. On occasion, the language barrier may also be an issue. Using my services, helps to eliminate all of these potential problems! This service is only for regular pickups not for special drops at stores. Please note that the minimum fee is $100HKD for this service to compensate for my time.
Service Charges
Cost of item + 25% service fee + local shipping/pickup fee (prices starting from $30HKD) + Toybox852 shipping (remember items can be consolidated for savings on shipping!).
Taobao/TMall Personal Shopping Service
Found an item on Taobao/TMall but don't know how to navigate the website and shop won't ship to you? Just send us the link and a photo and we'll take care of the rest for you! This service is open to all items and not just toys. There may be some limitations with very expensive, fragile or large items so be sure to check with us!
Service Charges
Cost of item + 25% service fee + $50HKD + Taobao/Tmall shipping fee (per order can be combined across different shops) + Toyb852 Shipping (remember items can be consolidated for savings on shipping!)
Toy Hunting Service
Have a toy or a blind box that you can't find? I'm happy to help and my prices are almost always better than what you can find on eBay!
Toys are sourced within Hong Kong, Taiwan and China.

I will try my best to find the item for you, however, it may not always be possible or it will take a while. I am unable to offer this service for any item that has yet to be released. Once you submit your request, I will conduct a search and if I am able to find your item I will inform you of the price. Once the price has been agreed upon, a deposit will be collected at the time before I purchase the item from the seller.
Please note I will never knowingly sell you an item that is not authentic. I am simply the middleman helping to broker the deal between two parties. Sometimes packaging can be damaged when the items get to me. I do not offer refunds for dented boxes, nor am I responsible for factory defect. I am unable to source items that are of high value (over $2000HKD).
